This CD is being put out by Sean Bradley, the co-founder of Lansingmusic.TV in collaboration with Lansing record label Good Time Gang records. I (Sean Bradley) have been wanting to do something like this ever since I met the people I now call my friends in the Lansing music scene. Lansing has a pretty diverse music scene and I wanted to capture that here on this CD. This CD is not (with a few exceptions) a straight covers record. The bands went out of their musical comfort zones to create a take on an already existing song by a Lansing band that nor the original band or the covering band could have really dreamed up. The cover songs themselves are unique and interesting but I'll leave that for you to be the judge when it comes out early next year.
